Project Name: Park West Health System Capital Expansion Project
Applicant: Park West Health System, a federally qualified health center (FQHC) and nonprofit, one of the FQHC pioneers that was established in 1972.
Project Description: Funds will support the creation of a mobile health unit, staffed by a driver/security officer, a nurse clinician, and rotating health educators to serve residents who cannot easily reach the primary clinics.
