We could fund TSA, FEMA, & the Coast Guard TODAY!

I’ll say it again: we could fully fund TSA, FEMA, the Coast Guard & other agencies within DHS TODAY. But Republicans keep blocking those efforts because they want a blank check for ICE & CBP.
